Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TaskFlow ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

TaskFlow is a cloud-based project management platform that allows teams to create organisations, manage projects, assign tasks, track time, collaborate via comments, and communicate through notifications. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@taskflow.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or organisation or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant TaskFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. We do not monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

All software, designs, logos, and other materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of TaskFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination unless required by law to retain it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskFlow is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
